Lauren Coulter is a South Hills luxury real estate advisor, Mt. Lebanon resident, and trusted guide for buyers and sellers throughout Pittsburgh’s most sought-after communities.

A Penn State graduate (undergraduate and graduate studies) with over 12 years of experience, Lauren has personally sold 500+ homes and closed more than $200 million in sales volume across Mt. Lebanon, Upper St. Clair, Nevillewood, Peters Township, and surrounding Pittsburgh neighborhoods. Having lived in both the North Hills and South Hills, she offers a well-rounded perspective on Pittsburgh’s micro-markets and a deep understanding of how lifestyle, schools, and long-term value influence every real estate decision.

Lauren lives in Mt. Lebanon with her husband Ryan, their two children, and their rescue dog—giving her firsthand insight into the neighborhoods, schools, and day-to-day lifestyle her clients care about most.
