If you aren't calling Lauren already you are missing out. She is the most fun, on point agent I have ever worked with! Having been an agent previously, I knew the process pretty well but my experience was in another state, and Lauren was the exact agent we were looking for! She is helpful, knowledgeable in all necessary areas, timely (not on realtor time hehe), funny, and just really great to work with. I am short of words to thank Dina. This was my first house and I had no idea on the legal-requirements, processes, documents and negotiations. Dina went above and beyond to make the first time home buying like a cakewalk. Her process knowledge like making a full chronological road map of things to be done with specific dates, to her suggested team of extremely knowledgeable experts for closing, mortgage, insurance who would respond to my calls and text in minutes even on weekends and holidays. The whole process was excellently handled to closure. I still remember asking her in the middle of the process "Is home buying, this simple always"? Her prompt reply was "NO" then she added "but you have a great agent!". I cannot agree more.
